Project Description


The client in this instance is Cathal, who has purchased this development site. Prior to this Cathal has had no experience of Property development, having worked in IT. Cathal was introduced to UpSPACE as an investor/site owner by his Legal Representative.


The site is centrally located in Donabate Town at the New Road, Ballalease West, Donabate, Co. Dublin


The proposal is to develop a residential development that maximises the Market Value of the site . The development consists of 6 no. apartments. The ground floor consists of four one bed (Two Person) apartments, while the first floor consists of two two bed (Four Person) apartments. The development includes a communal garden to the rear and private gardens to the front for the ground floor apartments. Along with this 6 vehicular spaces are offered with one to the front and following five to the rear with 7 bicycle parking spaces to rear.


This project was lodged for Planning with Fingal Co Co in February 2020. It is expected that this project will come on site in the first quarter of 2021
